Often times in our day to day teaching we are sent a message. When we don’t hear those messages we get a lesson. When the lesson is not learned we get a problem. If we don’t handle the problem we get a full blown crisis.
What kinds of messages do your students send? What kinds of lessons have you learned from your students? What kinds of problems have you encountered with your students? What have you done to prevent a crisis? Think about one small change you can implement immediately to avoid another crisis and always remember to focus on the positive.
