Be Still and Listen

A wise person once said, “We interpret what others communicate through our assumptions, and that interferes with our ability to listen.” As we reflect on our own teaching experiences, do we really take time to listen?

Food for Thought:

  • Be an active listener, especially when receiving feedback
  • When in doubt of something, ask for clarification
  • Be supportive of each other
