Success

Winston Churchill once said, “Success is not final. Failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts.”   As we reflect upon our own teaching experiences, do we stop when things don’t go our way or do we embrace recommendations for change and/or improvement?

Food for Thought:

  • Invite a colleague in to observe and give feedback
  • Ask for help and support, if and when needed
  • Be receptive to feedback from your colleagues and/or administrator
