Measures of Success

James E. Casey once said, “One measure of your success will be the degree to which you build up others who work with you. While building up others, you will build up yourself.” As we reflect on our own teaching experiences, we must always remember to support each other. Are you supportive with each other or do you choose to take a ride on the “negativity train”?

Food for Thought:

  • Ask for help and support when needed
  • Increased opportunities for collaboration
  • Think about doing a kind deed each day for your colleagues
